ARCTIC "DOT" LIVE IS A TEMPORARY BLOG SITE TO OFFER UPDATES ABOUT THE UPCOMING 'GREATER, GRANDER' LAUNCH OF ARCTIC LIVE - AN EXCITING, INTERACTIVE, CENTRAL WEB PRESENCE, DESIGNED TO CREATE MAXIMUM AUDIENCE APPEAL!

We're creating a 'party for the Arctic' with collaborative involvement at every level to engage and inform the 'digital generation' about the beauty, value, and importance of The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.

Connecting the natural and digital world with both on-line features and live events, Arctic Live is an energizing exploration of outreach to a young, diverse, and increasingly 'wired' audience. We'll utilize the forms and social media they know best, as well, to share the special values of the Refuge, raise awareness, and ignite action and participation.

Let's make the next 50 years as beneficial as the last. The future awaits our audience to make the choice.

Inspiration from the Past - Innovation for the future

Furthering a legacy of the wild...
Olaus Murie  and Mardy Murie were practically the 'parents' of the conservation movement for the 20th Century.  Their charming, isolated log home, located in Moose, Wyoming, was the early center of the conversations and personal efforts that helped establish The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge almost 50 years ago.  Wild Sanctuary is inspired by their story, and by The Murie Center who helped make The Arctic Soundscape Project/Phase I a reality. Now, as we endeavor to extend new ecological advocacy for the 21st Century, Wild Sanctuary invites the generous support of our old fans, new non-profit and corporate advertising and marketing sponsors, strategic partners, and the general public to support Arctic Live. Join us to further the legacy of connecting people to the wild - and in exploring what that means for future generations.
